Exercise can actually help protect against skin cancer?

The benefits of exercise to the skin have become increasingly evident over the past two years. It was established that exercise provides great benefits in ways you never thought. When combined with a healthy diet, regular exercise can greatly help to produce, glowing healthy skin.
