Breast cancer can be prevented

Let me begin by saying that breast cancer is not a death sentence. If diagnosed early can be treated and the patient can enjoy a full recovery and a life long after.

In particular, this article I will cover prevention, or at least closer to prevention as it is to come. Unfortunately, no matter what preventative measures taken there is always a chance that you have breast cancer.

I will list these preventive measures plain speaking English and non-medical. I could never understand half the stuff anyway.

1. Do not drink much. Presumably there is a strong link between alcohol consumption and breast cancer and no matter what type of alcohol that is. All are bad. Say they have less than 1 drink per day. My wife has a baby once a week, so I think it's right there. However, if you drink, also drink lots of citrus juices. Presumably, this reduces the risk of breast cancer
> Cancer.

2. Keep your weight. Presumably there is a relationship between being overweight and getting breast cancer, especially if you gain weight after menopause, it seems that the more fat have more estrogen and estrogen high levels are linked to breast cancer.

3. Exercise. Seems simple enough, but rapidly today
society is sometimes very difficult to find time for the gym
or the treadmill or go for awalk. Exercise is important to maintain a healthy weight. It says at least 30 minutes a day. My wife and I make an hour, but believe me it is not easy.

4. Avoid fatty foods. I think this goes hand in hand with weight maintenance. They say that fat intake should not exceed 35% of total calories a day. I'm not sure how to solve it. You should consult your doctor about this.

5. Aspirin. Well, they said that aspirin is goodPrevention
heart attacks and now they say there is definitely a link between aspirin and having a system for preventing breast cancer. That's one thing my wife and I did not do it at all. The last time that we had an aspirin was 20 years ago. We hope you will support very good.

6. Avoid hormone therapy. Is there a link between women who have
hormone therapy and breast cancer after menopause. In short, do not. Not worth the riskonly to prevent flushing.

7. Pesticides. This surprised me, but there is no direct relationship between exposure to pesticides and breast cancer. So I try to use as little as possible. There are many natural ways to kill parasites. There are books you can buy in this area. Just do a Google search for "Natural pest elimination."

8. Antibiotics. Avoid, whenever possible. The overuse of antibiotics weakens the immune system, increasing the risk of breast cancer to achieve orindeed, any type of cancer.

And that's in English. Follow the guidelines above and you have a good chance of avoiding breast cancer.
