Health and Home Cheque for prostate

What do motorcycles and prostate cancer have in common? The answer to that question was answered this morning at London Health Sciences Foundation. Volunteers from the London Motorcycle Ride for Dad presented a cheque for more than thirty thousand dollars to the hospital. Money that is earmarked for ground breaking research in smart chemotherapy drugs that will home in on prostate cancer tumors. The research will be done here in London by doctor John Lewis, and aims to minimize damage caused to surrounding healthy tissue. The London Ride for Dad has raised more than $225000 for prostate cancer research in the last seven years, and will continue that tradition this Sunday. As more than 350 leave from the Western Fair grounds on the annual fundraising ride.
